On 7th September 2018 Lulu Kheder, Logan Valentine and Syd Greenacre were invited to be a part of the National Child and Youth Forum at Melbourne University.

Our students were three of the eighteen selected from across Australia and they spent 10 months as part of a research with the Jack Brockhoff Foundation.

Their job was to identify and explore issues within the community.

Lulu presented at the forum on the difficulties that Muslim women face in the community and Syd and Logan presented on volunteering in the community and the resilience it builds.

Congratulations to all three students on their achievements, they represented the school brilliantly and even got a pat on the back from Opposition Leader, Bill Shorten.
