We celebrated Book Week this year, where the theme was ‘Reading is Magic’. The dress-ups were fantastic. So much thought and dedication went into the costumes this year. The staff and students looked amazing! Students also participated in some learning tasks to celebrate this fun week.
Some of the learning tasks were cross-age reading, where our younger students got to read with an older student, teachers swapped rooms to learn and teach with another grade level and we even had a special assembly, ‘NED’s Mindset Mission’. Some excellent presenters came to our school and spoke to us about having a growth mindset and used yo-yos to engage the audience. It was so much fun!
